Uygulama alanının mevcut zemin etütleri ile toprak yapısına göre belirlenecek drenaj sisteminin kurulması gerekir.

Uygulama yapılacak alanın büyüklüğüne göre çimin iklimsel değişken su ihtiyacını karşılayacak otomatik sulama sistemi kurulmalıdır.

Rulo çim yapılacak alana uygun toprak karışımının serilmesinin ardından toprak tesviyesi; uygulaması bitmiş ruloların zemin katları göz önünde bulundurularak yapılmalıdır. Toprak serimi sonrasında çökme ve oturmaları önlemek amacıyla alanda silindirleme işlemi yapılmalıdır. Uygulama alanlarında yapısal işlemlerin tamamen bitmiş olması toprak üzerinde kalan her türlü malzeme ve atığın uzaklaştırılması gerekir. Hazır çim sahanıza gelmeden önce tüm detayların tamamlanmış olması ve ürünün bekletilmeden serilmesi önemlidir.

Peyzaj çalışmaları kapsamında uygulanan drenaj sistemi, sulama sistemi, yapısal peyzaj, toprak serimi, tesviyesi ve bitkisel peyzaj çalışmalarının ardından hazır çim uygulaması ile alanın peyzajı tamamlanmış olur.
